Our role
Useful context before a live check.
Hipobuy Spreadsheet is designed to help users organise product research. The directory can make it easier to compare a product record, a selected option and a source identifier before opening an external listing.
It cannot replace the live listing. Users should always confirm the exact SKU, price, stock, seller details, shipping terms and any other decision-critical information on the original destination page.
Reference data, not live commerce
Product titles, images, SKU options, Weidian IDs and reference prices are captured records used to help compare items. They are not a live catalogue, a quote or a promise that a product remains available.
No sales or payments
This site does not sell products, accept payment, arrange shipping, store orders or provide agent services. Any decision to buy happens on the external destination chosen by the user.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee stock, pricing, product quality, authenticity, seller information, measurements, delivery terms or the outcome of a purchase.
Maintenance and updates
A record is useful only while its limits are clear.

Records are added or refreshed when source data is available. A record may be incomplete, become outdated or be removed when it no longer provides useful research value.

A displayed price is a captured comparison point. It can differ by SKU, colour or size and can change after the record is published.

Images and SKU options
Images and option labels are retained as reference material when available. They can help identify an item, but they do not prove that a current seller listing, batch or selected option is identical.

Guides and QC checklists are maintained as practical research prompts. They explain what a user may wish to inspect; they are not purchasing, safety, legal or authenticity advice.
What users should verify
Check the live source before you rely on it.
- Confirm the exact product and selected colour, size or other SKU option.
- Confirm the current price, availability, seller notes and source images.
- Read measurement, material, compatibility and delivery information for yourself.
- Use QC references as prompts for inspection, not a guarantee of a result.
