Before you compare

How to research accessories.

Accessories cover small items with very different purposes, so start with the function and dimensions you need. Jewellery, belts, cases, gloves and smaller add-ons cannot be compared meaningfully from a shared title format. Use the product type, measurements and visible hardware to build a focused shortlist.

Inspect close-up images for scale, clasp type, finish and attachment points. A product image without a hand, ruler or listed dimensions can make an item appear larger or smaller than it is. Save the selected option and verify current measurements, material claims and included pieces on the live listing.

Fit and sizing

Use the measurement that matters for the item: belt length, ring diameter, glove width, chain length or case dimensions. A universal label is rarely enough for accessories.

QC boundaries

QC can show visible finish, colour, engraving or clasp alignment. It cannot establish material purity, allergy safety, plating durability or whether a small item will fit another product.

Materials and construction

Look for joins, closures, edge paint, stitching and any moving hardware. Claims about metal, leather, protective performance or compatibility should be checked on the live listing.
