What it is
A Hipobuy Spreadsheet is a research tool, not a checkout page.
This site organises product references from marketplaces such as Weidian, Taobao and 1688 so you can compare a smaller, relevant set of items. It does not sell products, process payments or control information on seller or agent pages.
The useful workflow is simple: find a possible item, compare the evidence you have, then check the live listing for the current option, price and seller information. A record can help you prepare; the live listing is the source of truth.
Step-by-step workflow

Start with a category or search
Use Finds when you have a broad idea, or open a category when you already know the product type. Compare like with like: a running shoe and a fashion sneaker can have the same price but answer different needs.

Read the product record
Use the title, images, Weidian ID, reference price and available SKU options to decide whether an item belongs on your shortlist. A product record is research context, not a live seller page.

Select the SKU you are comparing
Colour and size options can refer to different images or prices. Select the option you are considering, then use its image and label as part of your comparison. Check measurements when they are available; a size name alone is not enough.

Compare evidence, not just titles
Open two or three similar finds and compare product shape, material clues, measurements, visible details and option names. Keep unresolved questions separate from details you can actually see or verify.

Use the live listing for the final check
Open Hipobuy or copy the original Weidian link only when you are ready to verify the exact option. Price, stock, seller notes, images and availability may have changed since this record was captured.
How to read a product record
Product images
Useful for comparing visible details. They do not guarantee the current item, colour or seller stock.
SKU options
A selected size or colour helps identify the option you intend to check on the live listing.
Reference price
A captured comparison point only. It is not a quote, checkout total or shipping estimate.
Weidian ID
An identifier that helps you confirm you reached the intended source listing when you open or copy a link.
QC boundaries
QC can guide questions. It cannot guarantee an outcome.
QC images can help you identify visible points to check, such as measurements, stitching, shape or material details. They cannot confirm authenticity, future stock, a seller promise, delivery timing or the condition of a different item.
