Write one question per photo
A useful request identifies the detail you need to see. “Please check quality” is vague; “please show the heel, both side profiles and the size label” gives you a result you can compare with your own criteria.
QC research prompts
Ask for the view that resolves a specific question, then distinguish what the image shows from what it cannot prove.

A useful request identifies the detail you need to see. “Please check quality” is vague; “please show the heel, both side profiles and the size label” gives you a result you can compare with your own criteria.
Ask for both side profiles, toe box, heel, outsole, size label and the selected colourway. These views can help you compare visible shape, placement and construction. They do not establish long-term comfort, material composition or future stock.
For bags, request dimensions, strap attachments, hardware, interior and base. For clothing, request front, back, key print or embroidery, tags and a relevant measurement. Choose the request because it resolves a decision-critical detail, not because it makes the gallery longer.
After reviewing an image, write what is visible, what remains unclear and what action follows. Do not turn an image into a blanket quality, authenticity or shipping guarantee. A clear unresolved note is more useful than an overconfident conclusion.
